Samsung will officially release The Galaxy Z Fold 2 on August 5, 2020. As a surprise, Samsung will show its Fold 2 during the unpacked conference. The same event will feature the release of Galaxy Note 20. A few weeks before the event, several rumors indicated that the Korean company won’t be able to release the Fold 2 on time.
As mentioned, Samsung ended rumors about that specific device. Now we will see the Galaxy Fold 2 in two weeks from now. Samsung posted on Twitter a video with the title “A new look unfolds” in VF) with the date “05.08.2020”.
Pre-orders of the Galaxy Fold 2 have already started in September.
That’s, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Fold 2 in the same event of launching the Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra.
However, there is some bad news with this announcement. In fact, leaks from Samsung confirm the Galaxy Fold 2 can’t reach costumer before September (or even early October 2020). Leaks predict availability in very limited quantities until the end of the year.
What the Galaxy Z Fold 2 price
For the price, developers estimate that the Galaxy Fold 2 would have similar price to that of the first Galaxy Fold 1. Rumors confirm this estimation. We expect the price to range between $1800 and $2000. However, as Samsung giving no official price of the Fold 2, we need to wait for more leaks.
